Liability Agreement

The client acknowledges that they are voluntarily participating in any movement classes at Tabletop Pilates PTY LTD. The client understands that the practice of these movement classes involves physical activity, and I am aware of the potential risks and hazards associated with such activities.

 

The client assumes full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages, which may incur or result from their participation in these movement classes. The client understands and acknowledges that these injuries or damages may result from their negligence, the negligence of the instructor, or the negligence of other participants.

 

The client is aware of their own health and physical condition, and they have consulted with a medical professional who has approved their participation in these movement classes. The client understands that it is their responsibility to inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before each session.

 

In consideration of being allowed to participate in these movement classes, the client, on behalf of their, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless ‘Tabletop Pilates’, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether present or future, arising out of or connected with the clients participation in these movement classes.

 

The client also understands that Tabletop Pilates PTY LTD is not responsible for any personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen during these movement classes.

 

The client confirms by accepting these terms that they have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understands its terms, and understands that they are giving up substantial rights by signing it when making a purchase to attend Tabletop Pilates. They acknowledge that they are signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend their signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
