The Founder & Owner of Tabletop Pilates had previously worked within the Animal Care industry, predominantly with canines for the last 10 years. With her expertise in the care, training and development of pups, in conjunction with her passion for human movement, she will combine the two to create an experience you won't want to miss.

These sessions will not only aim to increase your oxytocin levels and decrease your cortisol levels, but it will create a safe space for the puppies development and environmental socialisation.

We aim to host these workshops on a regular basis depending on the availability of puppies, who are provided by reputable and experienced breeders or rescue organisations within the industry. We will specifically choose those who are focused on both keeping their pups safe, whilst also focusing on their environmental and behavioural development.​

It's important to acknowledge and advocate for the safety and well-being of these pups at a young age, therefore we will ensure the safest practices are in place for these workshops.
