Accessible for all levels of experience. This class is designed to cover fundamental Pilates movements with the emphasis on core activation, stability and balance. We focus on a slower pace and always aim to improve the formation in your body during movement. 

Strength

Accessible for all levels of experience. This class is designed to incorporate fundamental Pilates movements with a focus on building full body strength. With the addition of resistance and many optional layers, you will be feeling a little extra spicy at the end. We always aim to improve the formation in your body during movement.

Cardio Power

We level up on the intensity for the frequent pilates movers. This class is designed to build stamina throughout a full body work-out that is focused on heart-pumping cardio moves that will elevate your heart rate through a faster paced class. 

REFORMER  PILATES.

Essentials

Accessible for all levels of experience, especially the first-timers or anyone looking for a lower intensity. This class is designed to work through shorter flows to connect the principals of Pilates with your mind, body & breath. With this guided process and pace, you'll gain the skills and confidence required on the Reformer to progress to our Sculpt class.

Recovery Stretch

Accessible for all levels of experience, especially the first-timers or anyone looking for a low intensity. This class is designed to release muscle tension by lengthening your muscles and joints that are in need of a release. Our slower paced recovery stretch is the perfect way to reset the body and the mind, increase flexibility and walk out of class feeling the sense of freedom.

Sculpt

We level up on the intensity for the frequent pilates movers who are ready to progress from Essentials. This class is designed to enhance your muscle endurance, improve your core stability and refine your overall strength. We progress to longer flows, transitioning between movements with different layers as we level up from the essentials with minimal spring change or rest. 

Revival

We level up on the intensity for the frequent pilates movers who want to add more spice to their Sculpt classes. Rejuvenate your body with our dynamic class designed to reset and recharge you. This class is the perfect lunch time pick-me-up that combines high intensity movement with core, cardiovascular & muscle strength. 

YOGA.

Hatha (45 min)

Accessible to all levels, with a duration suitable to first time yogis. Discover balance and wellness in this holistic practice which focuses on mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation techniques to promote overall well-being. You’ll explore a variety of poses that enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. The practice is suitable to all levels with modifications if required.

Vinyasa Flow (45min)

A vibrant and adaptable yoga style that synchronises movement with breath. Known for its smooth transitions and creative sequences, it provides a balanced workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. The practice is suitable to all levels with modifications if required.

Restorative with Sound Bath Healing (60min)

Relax, restore, and recharge with this soothing class that combines gentle, fully supported yoga poses with the healing vibrations of sound therapy. You’ll be surrounded by the calming tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments, promoting deep relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace. The practice is suitable to all levels with modifications if required.

Yin (60min)

Targeting the body's connective tissues rather than muscles, we flow into each pose that is typically held for up to 5 minutes, allowing time for deep release. Yin encourages stillness, mindfulness, and breath awareness, promoting a sense of calm and inner balance. It is ideal for those looking to increase flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. The practice is suitable to all levels with modifications if required.
